It’s been a long time coming but it’s finally here!
Welcome to my food blog.
So why the blog, you ask?
I realised a while ago that over the years I have spent a big portion of my life devoted to food and I don’t mean just eating the stuff, but also making it. I find making food a very therapeutic process and it’s something that I am very passionate about. There’s always a challenge around the corner (with a few failures along the way) but after all the blood, sweat and tears (none of which end up in my food thankfully) there’s nothing more satisfying than looking at the finished product, then enjoying it with family and friends.
I want to be able to share this food journey with you, while hopefully learning a thing or 2 along the way.
